RIPCO Self-Storage is proud to announce the promotion of Brandon Greene
to Associate, where he will lead transactions of self-storage, recreational storage, and vehicle storage assets nationwide.
Brandon has been a cornerstone of our analyst bench for the past two years and calling him an "all-star" would be underselling it. Since joining the team as an intern in 2024 and stepping into a CRE Investment Sales Analyst role shortly after, he has executed institutional-grade underwriting and Broker Opinions of Value across self-storage, recreational storage, and IOS. He built and refined the Excel-based valuation models — IRR, 5-year Cash-on-Cash, and advanced yield analyses — that have powered acquisition recommendations and development feasibility studies for clients across our platform.
Now, as Associate, Brandon steps into a producer seat — sourcing listings, presenting BOVs backed by the same institutional-grade rigor he brought to the analyst desk, authoring Offering Memorandums, and managing the full transaction lifecycle from listing agreement through closing. He will also advise owners and capital partners on acquisitions, dispositions, and development feasibility, leveraging RIPCO's national investor network and working closely with mentors Jack Kaiser and Chris Travis.
A proud graduate of the University of Tampa, Brandon brings the same work ethic, curiosity, and client-first mindset to his new seat that made him an indispensable analyst.
